Immerse yourself in the transformative practice of Tai Chi in this special 3-hour workshop. Designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this session will guide you through the foundational movements of the Tai Chi Form while exploring the principles of the mind-body connection.

You’ll learn how to develop a deeper awareness of your body’s natural flow and your mind's natural focus. Through guided practice and expert instruction,  you will discover how Tai Chi can enhance your balance, and overall well-being.

About the Host:

Matthew Rochford - Bio

I began my Tai Chi journey in 1991, and have been lucky enough to teach thousands of people in the UK, Italy and Greece. I have trained with teachers such as Peter Warr, Professor Li De Yin. Master Huang Jifu, Lavinia Soo-Warr, Luke Shepherd and Patrick Kelly. I spent 6 years training to be a teacher and am a qualified senior instructor.

In 2004, my book Total Tai Chi, was published via MQP and Thunder Bay Press in 4 countries and 3 languages. My 4 DVDs (2005 to 2013) on Tai Chi, Daoyin and Qigong were among the best sellers on Amazon and I pioneered the i-Chi online training programme in 2014 with my friend Luke Shepherd. Setting up Tai Chi Nation in 2008, I have taught many retreats and courses internationally including training over 30 people to become professional instructors.
