Short Description:
A conscious connected breathwork ceremony facilitated by Michelle Cadby to support you on your journey with grief.
Who is this ideally for?
For anyone experiencing grief; perhaps you are looking for a supportive way to move through your grief, those wanting to be welcomed and held in their grief, for anyone who struggles to make time for their grief in this busy modern day world, or who maybe feel they have grief stored in their body which is hard to access.
Because part of being human is experiencing grief.
Or perhaps you have experienced breathwork before and feel curious about other ways it can support you.

A two hour ceremony including conscious connected breathwork.
About the Event:
A held space awaits you where you can bravely bring your grief and be welcomed; whether it’s the loss of a loved one, job, relationship, sorrows of the world, ancestral or ecological grief...the list goes on. This ceremony offers you the opportunity to breathe through your grief so you may thrive and expand to more love, acceptance and joy in your life.
About the Host:
As an experienced space holder, breathwork facilitator, ceremonialist, grief tender and artist, Michelle loves creating ceremonies with ritual, song and poetry woven throughout in reverence to this one wild and precious life, and as an invitation to come together in community; whether that be to grieve, to breathe, to dance, to share in circle, or to mark the change of seasons and the turn of the wheel.
Michelle holds 121 and group breathwork ceremonies, Grief & gratitude ceremonies, Womben Nature Dances in Dartmoor and is the host and ceremonialist as part of the Totnes Wheel of the Year Collective, holding seasonal ceremonies in Dartington throughout the year.
