How do the dedicated desks work?
Accessing and utilising our dedicated desks at CoWorking Devon is simple and convenient. Subscribers can purchase monthly paid subscriptions that auto-renew for hassle-free access.
We offer three dedicated desks available on a month-to-month subscription plan costing only £250pm, with payment made upfront for the following month. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with a month notice period required.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can enjoy hassle-free access to your dedicated desk without having to book each day - it's now your space! Simply show up at our premises during operating hours, and your personalised workspace will be ready and waiting for you. Open from 9am - 5.30pm.
With auto-renewal, you only need to book once to secure your desk on a month-to-month basis, providing you with peace of mind and uninterrupted access to your workspace.

Payment: Payment for dedicated desk subscriptions is made in advance for the full month and can start any time. Subscribers are required to make payment before the start of each subscription period to ensure uninterrupted access to their workspace.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period (holidays) if a subscriber chooses to cancel their subscription before the end of the month. Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscription and are encouraged to utilise their dedicated desk for the full duration of the subscription period. Please note, if a subscription is cancelled, it will then immediately be offered to someone already on the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy: Subscribers must provide one month's notice if they wish to cancel their subscription. Cancellations made with less than one month's notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Booking Process: Each dedicated desk at CoWorking Devon is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a desk is taken by a subscriber, it becomes unavailable for booking until that subscriber cancels their subscription and the desk becomes available again. Subscribers cannot reserve desks ahead of time; they must take the available desk now and commit to it for the long term.
