No VAT is added, we are not VAT registered.
  • Opening hours
    We are open between the hours of 9-5.30 Monday through Friday. There is no weekend access for any subscriptions other than our weekend studio rental. We understand people have calls from 9am. We will open the office around 8.45am.
  • How do I reserve a desk?
    To guarantee your space and ensure we have what we need in advance, we ask you to book online before arriving at the studio. We can do same-day booking but we just need to be made aware. Our online booking system will allow you to book up to 9am the same day! In some cases we understand this may not be possible. In these situations, space will be allocated on a first come first serve basis but please do call and ask if its past 9am, we may have space - we do not reserve desks.
  • Is there a meeting space I can use?
    We do have a meeting room to use absolutely free of charge as long as this isn't already booked up - this may just need checking. We do ask that the meeting space is not used for more than 90-mins per session and is booked 24 hours before use as we are a busy space and have lots of individual meetings running throughout the week. Again, for private calls, you have the loft where you can use ZOOM calls with privacy
  • Can I bring my dog?
    yes, you can bring your 'very well behaved' dog to the studio! Just please respect other peoples spaces. If you do, please make sure you take your dog waste home with you. This will unfortunately result in your membership being cancelled. We have opened up the space for doggies to join us, but we must ensure that others are not disrupted in the process and we clean up after our pets. Thanks for understanding.

  • What is the process of booking a Weekend Studio Rental subscription?
    How do I book? Booking process for weekend hire: Here are the clear steps you need to follow: 1. Visit the Website: Go to the Coworking Devon website - 2. Purchase ‘One/Two Day Studio Pass’: On the website, navigate to the price plans page and choose 'Weekend Studio Rental' and press 'explore plans'. Select the ‘One/Two Day Studio Pass’ priced at £125/£240. Make the payment using a credit or debit card. If you need an ongoing subscription we can set up a Direct Debit. - 3. Access Your Calendar: After the payment, you will be redirected to the calendar page. This booking will also be stored in your ‘bookings’ page in your accounts dashboard for future reference or if you’d like to use the credits at a later date. Your credit will not expire. You can also access the calender from your bookings page in your account. 4. Select Your Date: On the calendar page, choose your preferred day/s for using the studio. Proceed to the checkout process. You may need to order multiple plans if you require more than a single full weekend booking. 5. Complete the checkout: Complete the checkout process by providing the necessary details. 6. Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email confirming your booking on payment and booking dates, separately. 7. Submit Rental Agreement and Liability Insurance: Provide us with a copy of your liability insurance. Ensure there is an accurate correlation between the liability insurance document and the person/company renting the studio. This must be for the same company/person for the booking to be valid and will be checked. You cannot go through with your booked day without this and no refunds will be given for no documentation. 8. Confirmation of Event: Once we receive your signed rental agreement and the liability insurance document, your event will be officially secured. We look forward to welcoming you!
  • What is your Terms & Conditions policy?
    CoWorking Devon Terms & Conditions Policy Here you will find: Weekend studio hire CoWorking desk space WEEKEND STUDIO HIRE: Booking Procedure: Before formal written approval is given, renters must sign this rental contract as laid out below which outlines the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Please note, that until this contract is signed, the booking cannot be confirmed. Rental Fees and Payment: One-Day Studio Pass: £125.00 Two-Day Studio Pass: £240.00 Cancellation Policy: 100% refund on 12 weeks or more notice. 75% refund on 8-11 weeks notice. - If cancellation notice is given 8 weeks or less there will be no refund. Studio Usage: - Permitted Activities: On receipt of your rental enquiry form, we shall confirm the suitability of the space for your arranged activity. Please note we are within our rights to turn away any rental enquiry that we do not feel is appropriate for the CoWorking Devon space. - Capacity: We have capacity for 50 people at a standing event. If you require use of the space in a different way (using desks/tables or yoga/physical activity) please get in touch before signing this agreement for confirmed capacity for your activity. Access and Hours: - The one-day studio pass offers you access for 24hours - 6pm until 5.30pm the following day. The two-day studio pass offers you access for 48 hours - 6pm Friday until 5.30pm on Sunday. If specific times are needed please have this confirmed. - The rental space must be clear by 5.30pm unless discussed in advance to allow the next rental to be available. Closing Time and Responsibilities: The studio space is to be vacated promptly by 5:30 PM. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure their departure by this time. ⁠To facilitate a smooth handover for the next booking, renters are required to complete their setup, clear the space, and secure the premises by 5:30 PM. This includes closing blinds and ensuring all entry points are properly locked. Any extensions beyond the closing time must be pre-approved and communicated with the management. Failure to adhere to the closing time may result in additional charges or adjustments to future bookings. Access to the studio for the following day's bookings by other members will commence at 6:00 PM. It is essential that the space is vacated and ready for the next booking by this time. This policy aims to maintain a consistent and efficient schedule for all renters, allowing for a seamless transition, timely setup for subsequent bookings, and access for the next day's bookings. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Insurance: Renters must provide proof of liability insurance covering their event and indemnifying the studio from any liabilities. We shall need to see this before the space can be used and must be in the same name as you and/or the company you own. Rules and Regulations: - There is no access to the private offices off from the main space, please ensure this is respected by everyone in your group. - It is the responsibility of the rental contact to ensure that guests and helpers know what is expected of them. All communal areas, including the kitchen, must be tidied and left clean. We will include a checklist to ensure all cleaning and shutdown tasks are completed. - An extra cleaning charge may be levied on the hirer if the premises are left in an unacceptable state. Please notify CoWorking Devon by email if there have been any damages or breakages. Cleanup and Return of Studio: - We require the office to be returned to us as it was provided, and all cleanup and shutdown tasks written in the welcome pack ticked off. We will arrange to meet you after the end of your rental period to lock up. Communication: If you have any queries during your rental period or prior to this beginning, please do not hesitate to email Jack via or call/WhatsApp on 07412 157857. ​ COWORKING DESK SPACE: ​ For desk rental subscriptions, the terms are as follows: We require all desks to be booked in advance to guarantee your space. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will require full payment/use of credit for any coworkers. Rather than cancelling, you can simply reschedule the booking through your booking dashboard.   • What is the deal with the WIFI ?
    We have 1000mb up/down speeds and ethernet hub access. We also have WIFI which is dependant on your devices but varies from 250-800mb up/down. There is a separate WIFI to join in the loft space for private calls There is a guest WIFI option for your clients Passwords will be given once you join
  • Can I get a key?
    No. You will only get a key if you are renting a private office. No desk hire offers flexibility on access outside of the 9am-5.30pm opening times.
  • Studio hire - I only need for a short time, can I reduce hire period?
    Unfortunately not, due to our high demand on bookings, our shortest term of rental is a single day. If you wish to rent the space and only use it for half a day, that is fine to do so but the full fee will be charged.
  • Are there blinds to control the light in the event space?
    yes, we have roller blinds on all of the windows. They can all be manually pulled up or down giving you flexibly over the lighting conditions in the space.
